Poppy Seed Chicken

This is a favorite recipe in so many homes.  A few months back I searched for this recipe and ended up trying the one found on The Girl Who Ate Everything.  I changed a few things for our family and now we have a new favorite recipe to share.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:

5 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 cup sour cream
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 stacks of Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup melted butter
1 Tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.  Put cooked, cut up chicken in a 9x13 baking dish.
3.  Stir together the condensed soup and sour cream.  Add the next four ingredients and stir.  Pour over chicken.
4.  Stir together the crushed crackers, poppy seeds, and melted butter.  Sprinkle over the soup mixture.
5.  Bake for 30 minutes.
